Does ONE DOLLAR BILL buy much today?

Although the dollar doesn't buy much the dollar is strengthening on the charts.  I'm also told by those in the missionary services that many foreign nations absolutely drool over the paper dollar no matter how much you hear otherwise on INFOWARS and King World News.  Seems like the truth is never told with the truthers and patriots these days.

But honestly here in America you really need a hundred dollars these days to go out to eat with one other person, see a movie and have a Coke (or Mexican Coke) and a popcorn, and then put some fuel in your tank.  After that nothing is left for you and you go back to your two jobs for $10 per hours and sometimes less:
